May 16, 2010 — NCAUSBCA only will accept final averages from league secretaries that appear on the association's official final averages form from this point forward. This policy supercedes earlier E-mails sent to selected league secretaries as well as the related text in the current issue of BOWL Magazine.
If there are any questions, secretaries should contact the association office.
March 10, 2010 — Once again this season, league secretaries may request to receive an electronic version of his/her league's final averages form. The form, which looks just like the paper version, is a PDF (Portable Document Format) file that can be opened in the free Adobe Reader program (available for download here) and completed on the computer screen, then saved to a folder/directory on the computer and sent as an attachment in a return E-mail.
Upon receipt by the association, the secretary will receive a confirmation via E-mail, which does not occur when using the paper version of the form.
To receive the electronic form, the secretary must send an E-mail to bowlmag [at] hotmail.com that lists in the subject area FINAL AVERAGES FORM and includes in the message area the league name and bowling center, final league session date, and closes with the secretary's name and phone number.

An extra page appears at the end of each online form that allows names and totals of bowlers not listed on the earlier pages to be added. Please note that no nicknames may be used on this "added bowlers" page, and every bowler listed on the form must have a Bowler ID Number included for the totals to be accepted by the association.
