October 5, 1994: Top seed John Mazza defeats Parker Bohn III, 216-183, to capture the $60,000 top prize at the AMF Dick Weber Classic in Richmond, Virginia.


October 5, 1994: Larry Laub tops tournament leader Barry Gurney, 247-233, to win the Palm Beach (Fla.) PBA Senior Classic. It was Laub's first senior victory and his first title in PBA competition since 1979.


October 5, 1991: Danny Wiseman conquers four opponents, including good friend Richard Wolfe, 235-224, in the second match and John Mazza, 204-200, in the title match, to earn his fourth PBA title at the Toyota Classic in Richmond Heights, Missouri.
